Community of Practice: It is through the process of sharing information and experience with the group that the members learn from each other and have an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally (Lave & Wenger 1991).
Each year, the ACC Needs Analysis initiative is managed by the Learning & Development team. The feedback collected via ACC Community of Practice (CoP) and surveys assists us to identity programs and resource requirements for the year ahead.
