Our aim is to listen and respond appropriately.
In providing ACC Membership, our goal is to improve the quality of care provided by staff, and ultimately the lives of the older people they care for by engaging, informing and inspiring those staff to improve care practices.
To do this, we listen and respond appropriately. We are continually refining what we do. At our core is our desire to serve and support our members with integrity and in a way which helps them meet the full range of needs of those they care for.
We listen to the organisations we work with, our strategic partners and most importantly our valued members like you.
In what ways do we listen and respond? Just some examples include:
- We’re working at a national level to support our members around legislation and policy changes
- We consult our strategic partners over new methods through which our members can access ACC services
- We listen to the needs of our members when proposing the annual program guide
- And of course, our dedicated support teams are ready to assist our members
